Wellsville Resident Arrested After Motorcycle Accident

Police have arrested Wellsville resident Rusty N. Green after a motorcycle accident last week. Wellsville police are charging Green with DWI, AUO 2nd, Operating out of class, Speed not reasonable and prudent, Moving from a lane unsafely, Unregistered motorcycle, Operating without insurance and Uninspected motor vehicle. Green is scheduled to appear in Wellsville Village Court Tuesday June 12th.
