Repairs on Sewage Digesters are Almost Finished

Repairs to the city of Olean’s sewage treatment digesters are almost finished. The city's sewage treatment plant located on South 19th Street has four digesters. Director of Public Works, Tom Windus, explained to WVTT what these digesters do. DPW has done minor repairs on the sewer system but the system has not been replaced since it was built.
