Extension of a deadline in Pennsylvania will now allow more individuals to take advantage of a particular program. Senator Joe Scarnati has announced that Pennsylvanians now have until December 31 to apply for the state’s Property Tax and Rebate Program. Pennsylvania residents 65 years or older, widows and widowers over 50, and people 18 and older with disabilities who meet certain income levels are eligible to benefit from the program which is funded by the Pennsylvania Lottery.
