Olean Man Found Guilty of all Counts

An Olean man was found guilty of all counts yesterday including 1st Degree Rape.Wayne Irvin, 35, is being held in Cattaraugus County Jail after he engaged in sexual acts with someone under eleven years of age in August 2011. He's awaiting sentencing after a two day jury trial which has been scheduled for September 4, 2012.
