Legal experts say it's an unusual move. The last will and testament of former Penn State Football Coach Joe Paterno has been permanently sealed from public view. A family spokesman says the will be sealed to "preserve a measure of privacy" for the Paterno family. However, court records in Centre County indicate Paterno's was the only will sealed in 18 months.
