Today is HIV Vaccine Awareness Day. The day is an annual
reminder of all the hard work that thousands of volunteers, community members,
and health professionals, and gives people a chance to recognize and thank all
those who work so hard to bring about awareness. This day is used to educate communities
about the importance of HIV prevention research.
