Bids for the East Olean Reconstruction Project to Close on May 21st

The start date for the East Olean Reconstruction Project is fast approaching, but before work can get started construction crews must bid on the project. The one with the lowest bid will be hired by the city. Director of Public Works Tom Windus says that his department is making sure they get the best crews for the best bid. May 21^st is the bid deadline.
