Olean: lane closing westbound at intersection of West State and Union Streets; lane reduction eastbound

Please be advised that work is being performed at the former Manufacturer’s Hanover building this week.  An aerial lift has been mobilized and a two person crew will be conducting an inspection of the cornice starting on the West State Street side and proceeding to the North Union Street side.  During this time period the parking lane and a portion of the westbound lane of the 100 block of West State Street will be closed.  The two eastbound lanes for this portion of West State Street will be two lane traffic, east and west.
