McKean County: jobless rates continue to decline

Jobless rates continue to decline slight in Pennsylvania’s northern tier, with the exception of Cameron County. Cameron again leads the Commonwealth with the highest unemployment at 10.7%. McKean and Potter both posted slightly lower rates…at 7.8%. The average jobless rate across the Commonwealth is at 7.6%. The national average is 8.3%
