Gas prices fall in western PA

Gasoline prices have fallen in western Pennsylvania to about $3.89 a gallon, down almost six cents since last week. Although higher than the average…Bradford is still below the $4 mark…just barely at $3.99 a gallon. Meanwhile in New York’s southern tier…price still remain well above the $4 mark.
