State police say a 72-year old McKean County man posted $25,000 bail following his arrest for having inappropriate contact with a female juvenile over a three year period. Troopers charged Tim Kaylor with felony Aggravated Indecent Assault and four other felony and misdemeanor counts. Investigators said the alleged assault began in March 2004.
