The Otto-Eldred school district will be looking at some higher expenses. School officials said the district can expect a jump of $430,000 in expenditures. The hike was attributed to higher transportation costs, special education increases, cyber school tuition and retirement costs. During a meeting Tuesday, the school board also learned that the Oswayo Valley district apparently has no interest in expanding additional joint activities. The matter had previously been discussed a few months ago.
