Cattaraugus County: welfare fraud arrest

Sheriff's deputies arrested 29-year old Tara Link of 208 South 8th Street in Olean. She was charged with Welfare Fraud, Grand Larceny and Offering a False Instrument for Filing. Police say she never told social services she was receiving unemployment benefits. As a result, she was paid $4800.59 in benefits not sue her. She'll appear in court May 15th.
