A Salamanca woman will appear in court next week to answer felony charges of welfare fraud. 34-year old Tanya Palmeri was arrested by sheriff’s deputies and charged with welfare fraud, grand larceny and offering a false statement. Investigators said she received over $7,000 in food stamps that she wasn’t entitled to.
