An Allegany County woman now faces more
charges in connection with her job as former business manager at a Hornell
doctor’s office. Police arrested 50-year old Nancy Mallory (of Almond) on
felony counts of Forgery and selling a controlled substance. She’s already been
charged with grand larceny and tampering with evidence. The latest arrest
concludes a 10-month investigation. Investigators say all the charges involve
her employment at the unnamed doctor’s office.
