Wellsville Police Activity

Wellsville Police arrested Christopher J. Buell, age 39 of Wellsville, charging him with Assault 3rd. Buell was processed and arraigned before Village Justice O’Connor. Buell was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on April 17th for further action.
