Wellsville Police Activity

Acting on a bench warrant from the Village of Wellsville Court, police arrested Matthew B Billings, 27, of Wellsville for failure to appear on a previous charge.  Billings was processed and arraigned in village court where he paid the remainder of his fine and was released.
