The trial for embattled Allegany-Limestone middle school principal Tim McMullen will finally begin in about three weeks. Judge David Porter set the trial date for March 23rd. McMullen is accused of harassing an Allegany woman. Judge Porter also refused to modify an order of protection. McMullen is currently on paid suspension from the school district until the legal matters have been resolved.
