Springville man allegedly struggles with Cattaraugus County Deputies
A Springville man was charged with resisting arrest after he allegedly struggled with Cattaraugus County Deputies early Tuesday. Deputies also charged 26-year old Benjamin Watson with Aggravated DWI and speeding. Police say Watson caught their eye when he was clocked driving 55 mph down Broad Street in the city of Salamanca. Police say his blood alcohol content was nearly three times the legal limit. Arraigned in Salamanca City court, Watson was released on his own recognizance to return at a future date.
