A Springville man was charged with resisting arrest after he allegedly struggled with Cattaraugus County Deputies early Tuesday. Deputies also charged 26-year old Benjamin Watson with Aggravated DWI and speeding.  Police say Watson caught their eye when he was clocked driving 55 mph down Broad Street in the city of Salamanca.
