2.     PL#11-12: (Finch) to transfer up to $25,000 from Line Item 1990.590 (Contingency) to Line Item 3410.250 (Fire Department Other Equipment) to cover the cost of purchasing a new set of rescue tools (such as Jaws of Life)

3.     PL#12-12: (Witte) to transfer $26,000 from the Sewer Fund Contingency (07-1990.0590) to Capital Reserve Fund #102 to fund vehicle purchase determined by Fleet Management Committee

4.      PL#13-12: (Witte) to transfer $174,000 from the General Fund Contingency (01-1990.0590) to Capital Reserve Fund #102 to fund vehicle purchases determined by Fleet Management Committee 

5.     Review of the Capital Budget for the 2012-2013 fiscal year.
