A New York state man is facing charges for allegedly threatening to kill President Obama and Saratoga County school children. U.S. Secret Service agents and local authorities arrested Brent G. Dickinson of Saratoga Springs and charged him with two counts of making a terroristic threat. Dickinson was arraigned in Saratoga Springs City Court where his bail was set at $100,000 and he was remanded to the county sheriff's department. Dickinson is to be back in court this morning and the case will be presented to a grand jury in the near future.
