Jury selection gets under way today in Cattaraugus County Court in the retrial of an Olean man convicted of child sex crimes dating to 2004. 33 year old Timothy Jerge, was found guilty in September 2010, following a three-day jury trial, of second-degree sexual abuse, second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child. He is being retried on those same charges. The retrial comes as the result of appeals and jury technicalities.
