In court this morning, 48-year old Irving Smith of West Water Street in Friendship pleaded guilty to a single count of criminal sale of marihuana. He had been charged in an indictment with multiple felony counts of selling marihuana and sale and possession of a controlled substance. Allegany County DA Keith Slep tells WVTT news radio that in 20-10…on multiple occasions, Smith sold drugs to an undercover Task Force officer.
