A home in Kane sustained unspecified damage in a fire just before midnight. Fire crews were called to 118 Ash Street at 11:45pm. Reports said firefighters were confronted by heavy smoke in the basement. Sheffield was also called to the scene, while Mt. Jewett covered the Kane station.
