A convicted felon from Foster Township has been arrested after police say they found 48 guns in his home. 53-year old Edward Panighetti of Summit Road was arraigned at sent to the McKean County jail with bail set at $250,000. Police believe at least two of the guns were stolen as say as a felon, he is not permitted to possess guns. He is scheduled to appear in Central Court on March 15.
