Election Day for NY villages

It’s Election Day in several New York villages. In Cattaraugus County…Six villages will have voting, three of which will elect mayors…although there are no actively contested races…There will be no elections in the villages of Allegany and Portville, according to the Cattaraugus County Board of Elections. Meanwhile in Allegany County..the Board of Elections reports races in ten villages…but only three are contested…some are ugly..but the spotlight appears to shine in Wellsville. GOP hopeful and current Board member Don “Tink” LaForge faces Democrat Judy Lynch.
