Cuba man sent to state prison

A Cuba man will spend the next 2-6 years in state prison. About 17 months ago, 35-year old Donald Yarbrough was convicted of burglary, although he had also faced drug charges as well. Prosecutors said he burglarized a Wellsville business… He was sentenced to the drug court program. But Allegany County District Attorney Keith Slep says Yarbrough failed that program. In response, Judge Thomas Brown sentenced him to state prison.
