Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested a man for allegedly raping a child. Police say they have charged 44-year old Dwight Johnston of Coon Road in Dayton with 1st degree Rape, course of sexual conduct against a child and criminal sex act. All the charges are major class B felonies. According to deputies, during a three month period ending last month, Johnston allegedly had a sexual relationship with a 12 year old female. Arraigned in court, he was sent to the county jail with bail set at $10,000.
