Allegany County missing teen found:Sisters charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Unlawful Imprisonment

 On March 13, 2012, at approximately 11:00am, Troopers from the State Police in Bath located a 15 year old male runaway, walking on County Route 105 in the Town of Avoca. The 15 year old had been reported missing from his residence in Canaseraga on March 5th. The investigation determined that the 15 year old was transported to Avoca by a 33 year old, Jennifer Dubois, from 7 North Maple Avenue in Avoca, NY in violation of an stay-away order of protection. The 15 year old had been staying with Jennifer's sister, 25 year old, Diana Rinaldo, at 8941 County Route 7 in Avoca.
The 15 year old had or still has a relationship with the 14 year old daughter of Jennifer, who has resided, at times with both Jennifer and Diana.
Ms. Dubois was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd and Criminal Contempt 2nd.
Ms. Rinaldo was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Unlawful Imprionment.
Both women were given appearance tickets to return to the Avoca COurt on March 20th.
