Wellsville Police charged Robert J. Thatcher, age 51 of Bolivar with AUO 2nd and speed in zone, following a traffic stop on the Bolivar Road in the Village. Thatcher was arraigned before Village Justice O’Connor and committed to the Allegany County Jail on $250.00 bail. Thatcher is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 27th for further action.
