Wellsville Police Activity

09:07 Hours

Wellsville Police arrested Nathaniel C. Tucker, age 27 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 3rd.  The charge stems from an incident on February 14th where Tucker picked and broke a window to a business on North Main Street.  Tucker was processed and arraigned before Village Justice O’Connor.  Tucker was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1,000.00 bail.  Tucker is due back in Wellsville Village Court on April 17th at 9 am.

Wellsville Police arrested Henry R. Farley Jr., age 53 of Wellsville, charging him with Burglary 2nd.  The charge stems from a complaint made on November 11th of 2011 when Farley broken into an apartment on South Main Street in the Village.  Farley was processed and arraigned before Village Justice O’Connor.  Farley was committed to the Allegany County jail on $20,000.00 bail.  Farley is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 20th at 9 am.

Wellsville Police, with the assistance of the New York State Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court arrested David A. Stowe Sr., age 34 of Scio, for failure to appear in court on a previous Petit Larceny charge.  Stowe was processed and arraigned before Village Justice O’Connor.  Stowe was committed to the Allegany County Jail for 89 days or until his fine of $241.68 is paid in full.
