DATE: Tuesday February 7, 2012

10:15 Hours

Wellsville Police acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Nicholas N. Bremiller, age 36 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 3rd.  Bremiller was located on South Main Street in the Village and was transported to the station, processed and arraigned before Village Justice O’Connor.  Bremiller was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $750.00 bail.  Bremiller is due back in Wellsville Village Court on February 21st at 5 pm.

13:34 Hours

Wellsville Police arrested Ethan M. Kalkof, age 21 of Wellsville, charging him with Disorderly Conduct.  The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street on February 4th.  Kalkof was processed and issued an appearance ticket and released.  Kalkof is due in Wellsville Village Court on February 28th at 5 pm.

16:00 Hours

Wellsville Police arrested a 13 year old Wellsville youth charging her with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd.  The charge stems from an incident that took place on West State Street in the Village.  The youth was processed and petitioned to the Allegany County Probation Department for further action.

16:48 Hours

Wellsville Police acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Sharon L. Nye, age 39 of Wellsville, charging her with Harassment 2nd.  The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Main Street on January 20th.  Nye was processed and arraigned before Village Justice O’Connor.  Nye was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on February 21st at 11 am.

Wellsville Police arrested Jami S. Perry, age 29 of Andover, charging her with a Violation of Probation.  Perry was processed and arraigned before Village Justice O’Connor.  Perry was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000.00 bail.  Perry is due back in Wellsville Village Court on February 21st at 9am.


21:58 Hours

Wellsville Police arrested Jeffrey C. Densmore, age 31 of Wellsville, charging him with Felony DWI, Criminal Possession of Hypodermic Instrument, Operating with a Suspended Registration and No Seatbelt.  The charges stem from a traffic stop on North Main Street in the Village.  Police also arrested John W. Haxton, age 55 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th
Haxton was processed and issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party.  Haxton is due in Wellsville Village Court on March 13th at 5 pm.
Densmore was arraigned before Village Justice O’Connor and released to a third party.  Densmore is due back in Wellsville Village Court on February 8th at noon.
