From New York State Police:
Tpr. Jay Hoy and Tpr. William Wilkinson received a 911 call to respond to a domestic at 2468 ST-20A Apt. 4, Varysburg, NY; after a female caller reported her husband came after her with a pointed knife and was physically abusive towards her.
Troopers' investigation revealed Dylan Crimbring, age 22, allegedly began arguing with his wife and while she was holding her 10 month old baby; he displayed a pocket knife and lunged at his wife face. He then allegedly grabbed her throwing her down, choking her for about 10 to 15 seconds before letting her back up. During the course of the domestic, Dylan broke and destroyed picture frames, misc. household items.
When troopers arrived on scene they took Dylan into custody --- transported him back to SP Warsaw where he was processed and charged with:
3 cts Endangering the Welfare of a Child
Menacing 2nd.
Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th.
Criminal Obstruction of Breathing
Reckless Endangerment
Criminal Mischief 4th (Preventing an emergancy call)
UPM
He was arraigned before the HON. Jae T/ Sheldon Court who committed Dylan to Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail --- Order of Protection also issued.
