Both sides say they need more time…in the murder trial of 22-year old Gregory Farr. Farr is charged with stabbing a man to death on South Nine Mile Road in Allegany last October. In court yesterday, both the prosecution and defense asked for more time to prepare their cases. Farr is accused of bludgeoning, then stabbing 58-year old Steven Balser at Valley View Estates. Farr remains jailed without bail. He’ll return to court March 26th.
