22-year old Shane Hurlburt of Kane will appear before a judge next month for sentencing. Yesterday, he pleaded guilty to a single count of possessing drug paraphernalia. Prosecutors say the crime occurred in June 20-10.
18-year old Jacob Tarr of Port Allegany admitted guilt in two separate crimes. Tarr told a judge he stole a laptop last October. Later that same day, he attempted to commit a theft on North Main Street in Port Allegany. Sentencing is set for March 15.
