History made in Pennsylvania…By an 11 vote margin, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives approved an Impact Fee for Marcellus Shale drilling in the Commonwealth. The House vote comes just 16 hours after the Senate approved the measure. The bill now heads to Gov. Corbett’s office for his signature. The bill is expected to generate billions of dollars in revenues for the Commonwealth.
