Cattaraugus County sheriff's deputies have arrested a County Jail inmate on a new charge after accusing her of having a crack pipe in her bra during her stay in the jail.
Jennifer L. Heitzinger, 30, of West State Street, Olean, was charged with promoting prison contraband.
Heitzinger, already jailed on a parole violation, was sent back to jail following her arraignment in Little Valley Town Court.
