DWI arrest on I-86

Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 48-year old Michael Hale, Route 275, Friendship. Deputies said they stopped Hale on I-86 in Salamanca. They charged Hale with DWI, blood alcohol content greater than .08, uninspected motor vehicle and fail to maintain lane. He was released on a court appearance ticket.
