New York State Police media release:

IRVING – On February 2nd Troopers arrested 31yr old DONOVAN STAFFORD of Indian Hill Rd in Gowanda for Felony DWI, Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and numerous traffic charges, following an afternoon traffic stop on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation. At approximately 4pm Troopers observed Mr. Stafford driving his SUV 70mph in a 45mph zone on St Rte 438 in Irving. After stopping his SUV, Troopers spoke with him and determined he was intoxicated.
