Pennsylvania troopers say an 85-year old Roulette man has been scammed out of $10,000. State police said it happens all too often…the victim was contacted by phone and mail…telling him he won a substantial amount of money. He was then told he needed to send money by western union in order to claim the money and pay the taxes. The man sent the money…and that’s the last he heard about his big winnings.
