Village police arrested Rebecca A Brown, 39, of Coudersport charging her with issuing a bad check. Brown is accused of passing a check at the Giant Food Mart with insufficient funds. She was processed and arraigned in village court where she was released to reappear at a later date.
Village police responded to the Dollar General Store on the Bolivar Road for a reported shoplifter. Upon arrival it was determined that the suspects had left the store and were located at the intersection of the Bolivar Road and North Highland Avenue. After the investigation village police arrested Victoria L Stormer, 41, of Wellsville and Corey J Haggard, 18, of Fillmore charging both with petit larceny and conspiracy 6th. Both subjects were processed and issued appearance tickets for village court at a later date.
