Wellsville Police arrested Nathaniel C. Tucker, age 27 of Wellsville and Sonya Shelley, age 24 of Wellsville, charging them with Trespass. The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Main Street in the Village. Tucker and Shelley were processed and arraigned before Village Justice O’Connor and committed to the Allegany County Jail on $100.00 bail each. Tucker and Shelley are both due back in Village Court on January 17th at 9 am.
