Unemployment rates for Pennsylvania’s Northern Tier continue to decrease, and it looks as if job opportunities have been growing as well. In December, McKean dropped to 8.5%...down from 8.8% the month before---while in Potter, the unemployment rate dipped down slightly to 8.2%.
