Two men pleaded not guilty Tuesday to sex-related charges in county court. District Attorney Lori Rieman said 34-year old Wayne Irvin of Olean is charged with 1st degree Rape and other counts. In Olean last August, Irvin allegedly had sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 11. And 38-year old Ernest Boyd of East Otto is charged with failing to register a change of address with the NYS Sex Offender Registry. Both cases have been adjourned for motions.
