Rev. Samuel Slocum found guilty on two counts...acquitted on two other counts

The verdict is in. A McKean County jury last night delivered a split verdict in the case against  Rev. Samuel Slocum of Cyclone. After deliberating for eight hours, the jury found Slocum guilty of concealing the whereabouts of a child and corrupting the morals of a child. However, Slocum was acquitted of  interfering with the custody of minors and loitering and prowling at night. The charges all stem from his relationship with a teenage boy. No sentencing date has been set yet.
