Rep. Tom Reed says he gave year end bonuses ranging from $500 to $2,500 to 15 of his 17 congressional staffers. During a conference call with reporters this morning, Reed said that he did not award bonuses to his two senior managers.
Even after paying the bonuses, Reed said there will be money left over in his congressional office budget that will be returned to the Treasury.
