When Pennsylvania lawmakers return to Harrisburg Tuesday, they’ll have some company. A Community Rights Rally is planned at the Capitol Rotunda. The protest is aimed at Marcellus Shale legislation which could severely limit the ability of local governments to implement zoning laws to regulate gas drilling.
Ron Slabe has spearheaded a petition drive. As of early this morning…nearly 12,000 people have signed the petition…the goal is 15,000.
