Potter County teen crashes car

A Potter County teen escaped injury Monday after his car slid off a snow road and struck a tree. State Police said the crash happened on Route 49 in Bingham Township. 18-year old Curtis Cary of Harrison Valley lost control on the snow covered road. He was charged with a speeding violation
