The Potter County man who led New York Troopers on a high speed car chase in Allegany County last November faces more charges. Wellsville Police yesterday charged 20-year old Derrick Barker of Harrison Valley with Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Officer and Reckless Driving. Add those charges to drunken driving, marijuana possession and numerous traffic counts. Barker is already in jail on the trooper charges…his bail was continued at $10,000 bond.
