The New York State Police and the New York State Liquor Authority Conduct an Enforcement Detail in Cattaraugus County

Cattaraugus County January 23,2012
On January 23, 2012, the New York State Police and the New York State Liquor Authority conducted an enforcement detail in Cattaraugus County focusing on sale of alcoholic beverages to underage persons. Thirteen establishments were checked in Yorkshire, Freedom, Machias, Ellicottville, Franklinville, and Little Valley.
The enforcement detail resulted in the arrest of Matthew D. Rung age 24 of Arcade, N.Y. for Prohibited Sale of Alcoholic Beverage. Rund allegedly sold beer to an 18 year old at Weber City Deli, Weber City Plaza, Yorkshire, New York. The defendant was issued an appearance ticket to appear at the Town of Yorkshire court on February 2, 2012 at 7:00 P.M.
